THE ARBOR PRIMUS
THE ARBOR PRIMUS / TRUST & SAFETY

Trust comes from knowing what each signal means.

The Arbor Primus helps people map what they know, add useful context, and decide what to share. This plain-language guide explains what is user supplied, what is actually verified, what the platform calculates, and where users and employers remain responsible for their decisions.

SHARE BY CHOICEPrivate by default. Clearer context when you choose it.

Product disclosures · reviewed · not a hiring guarantee or legal advice

Source is visible

User supplied, platform calculated, and verified information have different meanings.

Verification is narrow

A badge applies only to the specific account, employer, credential, or evidence item named.

Sharing is your choice

Private is the default. Publishing selected information does not make it independently verified.

ABOUT

A career identity with more shape.

The Arbor Primus is a visual skill tree for skills, education, experience, projects, credentials, interests, and supporting context. It complements a traditional resume; it does not promise a job or claim that a score independently proves expertise.

HOW IT WORKS

Build → strengthen → share.

Start with a foundation, grow professional branches, describe what you have done, and optionally connect evidence. Resume Ready means the Build has enough professional information to create a useful first resume. Public sharing is a separate choice.

INFORMATION LABELS

Every signal has a source.

User Supplied
Entered or uploaded by you. This includes ratings, claims, photos, screenshots, links, credentials, and evidence unless a separate review result says otherwise.
Platform Calculated
Generated by Arbor Primus, such as XP, levels, Build Strength, readiness, matching, or recommendation scores.
Arbor Primus Reviewed
Handled through an actual internal review workflow. A review result applies only to the named subject and scope.
Not Verified
No verification result exists. A user claim, upload, badge-looking graphic, or client-side state must never create a verification result.
Public / Private
Visibility choices, not accuracy labels. Public information is not independently verified because it is visible.

Information can be useful without being independently verified. A visible upload, credential, endorsement, photo, or screenshot is not automatically verified because it exists.

VERIFICATION

“Verified” always names the thing reviewed.

Account Verified means the account completed the applicable Arbor Primus account-verification process. Email, phone, and identity verification are not currently offered in this account flow, so an account badge must not be read as proof of any of them.

Credential Verified and Evidence Verifiedapply only to the specific item reviewed. Employer Verifiedmeans the employer account completed the defined employer process. One type never implies another: account verification does not verify every skill, credential, employment claim, or evidence item, and employer verification does not guarantee every listing or communication.

Verification is separate from moderation. A verified account can still violate platform rules, and verification can be revoked while content or accounts are reviewed.

Open Verification Center
VERIFICATION SCOPE

What a result covers—and what it does not.

Account
Account-level Arbor Primus review. Not a government ID check, background check, skills assessment, or endorsement.
Employer
Employer-account review. Not a guarantee that a listing, workplace, compensation claim, or hiring decision is accurate.
Credential
Review of one named credential record. Not verification of every credential, skill, license, or employment claim.
Evidence
Review of one named evidence item. Not proof that every related capability is current or independently established.

Email, phone, and identity verification are not currently offered here. The product will not display those categories as verified unless a separate supported process is actually implemented.

PLATFORM METRICS

Progress measures are not credentials.

Build Strength is an Arbor Primus platform metric measuring completeness and supporting information within a Build. It is not a professional certification, license, background check, or employer assessment. XP and levels represent activity and progress inside Arbor Primus; they are gamification, not a formal qualification, government certification, or professional license.

Resume Ready means your Build contains enough information to generate a professional resume through The Arbor Primus. It does not guarantee interviews, employment, compensation, employer acceptance, or professional qualification. Proof and verification can improve context and Build Strength, but are never required to build a free professional Build, make a Hobby Tree, reach Resume Ready, or receive your first free professional resume.

Job Match, search ordering, and other recommendations are decision-support features based on the information available to the product. They are not a professional ranking, automatic rejection, hiring decision, or guarantee of fit. Employers remain responsible for their own review and employment decisions.

RESUME OUTPUT

Review before you use a generated resume.

Your first professional resume remains free after your tree becomes resume ready. A generated resume uses information from your Arbor Primus Build and does not independently confirm claims or guarantee employer acceptance.

Your resume is generated from information in your Arbor Primus Build. Review all information before submitting it. You are responsible for confirming that your resume is accurate and current.

PUBLIC BUILDS

Publishing is opt-in and visible by design.

Public Builds may be viewed by employers, other users, visitors, search engines, and automated web crawlers. Only publish information you are comfortable making publicly accessible. Private evidence files and unselected private information are not included in the public presentation.

You control whether a Build is private, unlisted, or listed in the public directory. Visibility does not turn user-supplied information into verified information.

PRIVACY

You control the boundary.

Professional and Hobby Trees start private. A Public Build is published only when you choose it; choose Private in Profile at any time to unpublish it and stop serving its public or unlisted links. Unlisted links are not placed in the public directory. You can also keep individual capabilities, proof links, evidence files, resume sections, and hobbies out of a public presentation.

Account settings, purchases, private resumes, employer workspaces, applications, messages, analytics, and admin surfaces are excluded from public discovery and crawler routes.

Verification records are kept to operate the verification and safety workflows. Public displays show the safe result only—not government ID numbers, raw identity documents, full Social Security numbers, verification-vendor secrets, internal fraud scores, or private reviewer notes.

STATUS HISTORY

Verification is a status, not a permanent seal.

Verification requests can be pending, rejected, verified, expired, or revoked. The status, review method, request and completion times, expiry when applicable, reviewer action, and reason for a rejection or revocation are retained in the private verification workflow.

Public surfaces show only the safe result needed for context. They do not expose raw identity documents, private reviewer notes, internal fraud signals, or sensitive verification-provider data. A verified account remains subject to moderation and can still be reported.

TERMS / RESPONSIBLE USE

Use accurate, authorized context.

Submit information you own or have permission to share. Ratings and evidence links are user-submitted context; The Arbor Primus does not independently verify every claim. Do not upload private identity documents or someone else’s material without permission.

Employers must not ask candidates to pay to apply, interview, or receive an offer. Arbor Primus tools support judgment; they do not guarantee employment, interviews, hiring, salary, competency, licensing, credential validity, or future job performance.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

This is a career tool, not a promise.

The Arbor Primus is a software platform for organizing professional and personal information. It is not an employer, recruiter, employment agency, background-check provider, credentialing body, licensing authority, or legal adviser. A Build, score, badge, resume, recommendation, or job listing should not be treated as a guarantee of truth, ability, eligibility, safety, employment, compensation, or future performance.

Users are responsible for the accuracy, currency, authorization, and lawful use of information they submit or publish. Employers are responsible for their listings, communications, hiring criteria, decisions, and compliance obligations. Review important information independently before relying on it.

This plain-language page describes current product boundaries. It does not replace any applicable terms, privacy notice, contract, or legal requirement.

OPPORTUNITIES / JOB SAFETY

Use job listings as leads, then use your judgment.

Job listings may be provided by independent employers. The Arbor Primus does not guarantee employment, compensation, employer conduct, or the accuracy of every listing. A Verified Employer label only means that the employer account completed the defined Arbor Primus verification process; it does not guarantee a listing, compensation claim, hiring decision, or communication.

  • Be cautious if someone asks you to pay money to receive a job.
  • Verify unusual recruiter communications through an independent channel.
  • Be careful with requests for banking details or sensitive identity information.
  • Use the Report Listing or Report Employer actions when something looks suspicious.

CONTACT

Questions deserve a clear path.

For account, privacy, security, payment, or other questions, use thepublic support path—no account or receipt is required. Include the relevant page or order reference when you have one, and do not send passwords or private identity documents.

SECURITY

Private surfaces stay behind account checks.

The application keeps authentication and authorization on the server, validates saved tree and record data, protects private API surfaces, and keeps payment secrets out of browser code. Public pages expose only the content their owner has selected for sharing.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No online service can promise zero risk.Report a suspected security issue through the public reporting form and avoid sharing sensitive details in a public link.

EMPLOYER INFORMATION

More context, with candidate control.

Employers can create a company profile, publish capability-based opportunities, and review the Build or application materials a candidate elects to share. Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, communications, hiring criteria, and employment decisions, including applicable employment law, anti-discrimination, equal opportunity, accessibility, and privacy requirements. New registered employers retain the first complete 30-day opportunity post free offer when available.

REPORTING / ENFORCEMENT

Help us review suspicious activity.

Report a suspicious listing or employer from the opportunity detail page. For account, privacy, security, or payment concerns, use thepublic support path; no account or payment receipt is required. Share enough context to help review the issue, but do not send passwords, raw identity documents, or other sensitive verification material.

Reports enter the existing admin safety workflow. Arbor Primus may restrict an account, remove abusive content, disable a fraudulent listing, or revoke verification when appropriate. Verification never grants immunity from enforcement.
